Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you received. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

What we Accept Returns for

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong size or style.
  • There is a significant printing error on our end.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor natural variations in print placement, ink texture, or colour tone, these are expected characteristics of handprinted work, not defects.
  • Change of mind after the order has been dispached.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered. Unless the item shows a fabric related defect such as excessive colour bleeding or fading under normal wash conditions.
Sizing

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure between two sizes, feel free to message us, we’re happy to help you choose. Because our pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns for size issues unless the item was sent in the wrong size by us.

How to Request a Return
  • Email us at support@thappay.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Do not send anything back without hearing from us first, unrequested returns cannot be processed.

What Happens Next?

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • Exchange: We’ll send out the correct item as soon as it’s ready
  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are covered by us if the fault is ours. If an exchange is requested for a different size (where applicable), the customer covers return shipping.

Every shirt is made by hand. That means no two are identical, and each one carries a little of the process in it. We take quality seriously, and if we’ve fallen short, we want to know.
